Chuckie Heaven!!!

    I picked up some CAB chuck roasts. Big Al fired up the Egg this morning and gave the chuckies a dusting of Bovine Bold. On the Egg for 7 hours -





    This is going into chili tomorrow - it seems almost a shame to put something this tasty into chili!!
    The only problem - I'm out of Bovine Bold!!! No worries - I will be ordering more soon...

    How could you put all of that in to chili? There is no way it would all make it there in my kitchen. That looks fantastic.
