CHICKEN & SAUSAGE TORTELLINI SOUP
2 can cream of chicken soup
3-49 oz chicken broth
1-1 1/2 pound cubed chicken breast
1 pound smoked sausage sliced and quartered
1 medium onion chopped
1 cup frozen carrots
1 cup frozen green beans
1 can sliced mushroom
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. oregano
13 oz. pkg. cheese tortellini
1 tbsp oil
1/4 tsp poultry seasoning
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Cook chicken, sausage, and onion with oil. Combine the rest of the ingredients except tortellini. Bring to a boil, add tortellini and simmer 30 minutes. Serve with Parmesan cheese Sprinkled on top. (Cheese should be shredded parmesan instead of grated and tortellini can be found in the dry pasta section.)
