chicken leg quaters?

    Local market has them for 99 cents a pound this week so thought I would get some try, any ideas on what to do with them?

    ok seriously,you can try my huli recipe under recipes,or go with another, or even do a couple 1/4s w/just a basic fajita or pepper rub & make smoked chicken quesadillas the next day.

    I was thinking of trying several different things since it was some cheap meat. I'm just getting started so dont want to ruin a bunch of expensive meat so I'm going to stock up on stuff when it goes on sale.

    i don't know about the prices there but @ walmart here and the ones in south texas ya can get a 10# bag of 1/4s for $4.80

    I like doing quarters and then pulling them for filling in my Chimmichungas... [​IMG]
