I purchased Jeff's rubs and BBQ sauce recipes while back.
Made the texas rub when I first got it but didn't get a chance to do the others. So today I was doing chicken breasts on the Weber and made the BBQ sauce for it. Boy I'm glad I did. Can't believe how the sauce tastes. It has a really good flavor and for me. Not overly hot.
Since this was my first time and not sure of the heat. I did 2 breasts with the sauce on them and 2 without.
Man dinner was good. Loved the chicken. Glad of making a double batch.
Have plans for Jeff's original rub during the week.
Right now I got 2 pork ribs in the fridge covered with the rub and going in the smoker in the morning.
