This is what I usequestion on the sazon goya. All my web searches come up with sazon goya achiote y culantro instead of sazon goya achiote y cilantro. the only cilantro is with annato. What am I actually looking for ?
Stuff I use is pretty thick but I don't think thinner should hurt results much.I got some Albertson jar brand queso to use. I want the deli one as its really thick but it was to $$.

Glad you liked it. It was a huge hit around here.Wow Jeff is this good!!! Took me awhile to get to it but I got er done. I cut recipe to 1/6 which is still quite a bit. Used 2 small poblano's. I been getting my poblano's from Aldi and they been pretty spicy which I like. I used 2 Tbsp of corn starch to thicken which really does not add many carbs to a single serving. This is so good.
