check your thermometer

how many of you test your thermometers to see if they are still working properly?

i read somewhere after awhile that even a digital thermometer can be off a little bit...

so here's an easy way to do it..

boil some water - then test the water

your thermometer should read:

100 °C, 212 °F (373.15 K)
