Charcoal for life!!!

New member here from Amherst NY. I am the proud owner of a Chargriller Pro with sidebox that I received as a fathers day gift about 6yrs ago. Me and my family love to grill all summer long, and occasionally in the cooler months here. We all love the great tasting food that comes off the grill, and like experimenting with new ideas. I can't wait to get a whole bunch more new ideas from the more seasoned chefs here!!!
