Celebrated a 40th Sat

The birthday boy smoked 9 racks of spareribs to tri tips and I threw in two batches of dutches beans. Here 's a few pics I hope. This is the B-day Boy, ribs and myself between two smokers. Sorry the pics are under par but it was a great time by all.

The camera is only as smart as the operator. Went to put dates with the pics and thats what I got. Haven't tryed ajusting anything since, but I cause it's annoying and I want to out smart the camera

Har ...Har....LOL....my B'day was yesterday and I as well ended up doin all the cookin...I say what the heck man! Actually all was good. The wife asked me what I wanted and it was so nice I fired up the GOSM and did up a side rack of ribs. Fantastic they were. First smoke of the year for me and it was great! Some great pics there....
