Cedar Plank Atlantic Salmon Caeser Salad

    Wanted to try my newly running UDS, so I thawed out a couple pieces of salmon from costco, and soaked a cedar plank.

    I used a rub I got from the butcher...they no longer carry it, so I got the last of it. I'm hoping they'll start selling it because it's really good on fish.

    Cooked at 230. It only took about 50 minutes. THat's my favorite thing about smokin fish!
