I'm new to th eforum but not new to barbecue. I have a nice new WSM after five years with a Brinkmann vertical. Had some spares today, may be my nest ever. I've learned when it comes to smoke, sometimes less is more.

Hope y'all are eating well this weekend.

Welcome to SMF! I was looking at the ax in your avatar with envy. I have a couple guitars around the house including a Martin D-35 and Gibson BB King Lucille.

Take care, have fun, and do good!
