Whatever those are look mighty appetizing . But as a born and bred Cajun. That aint Cajun. The sausage isn't Andoullie from any Cajun place i have ever seen. The rub is from Texas ??? C'mon now. if you (or anyone else ) wants true Cajun ingredients or recipes send me a pm and we can talk.

Looks good. But that doesn't look like any Andoullie I've seen.
I didn't watch the whole video, as I have to get ready for work, But they look like pork or pig shots to me. They've been around for quite awhile.
