Oh man Keith, If I could still eat shellfish I would be all over that. Come to think of it, I would down a couple plates of that and just have a couple shots of Epi pen after. Would be worth the trip to ER for that meal!

Thanks fellas! The steaks were from a family owned farm to table butcher shop. Pasture raised beef..and finished on wheat. Best steak I have had in a long time!

Now that's my kind of meal, very nicely done Keith!! I haven't made shrimp creole, étouffée, or gumbo in way too long. Got to change that and soon...
