I decided to go with the pork forum since I have 2 porks and 1 beef
, also in honor of the year of the pig

Here we have a 7# butt and a rack of spare ribs rubbed with Meowey's pork rub and a 14# packer brisket rubbed with a mix of Meoweys rub and Adams brisket rub. Been at 225 for about 45 minutes with Royal Oak briquettes and chunks of white oak and hickory for smoke.

Power went out about 5 minutes after the last post.
Just came back on. Bad T'Storms today. Here is everything after 3 hours, about ready to foil my ribs

I would have got a picture of the ribs after I carved them, but I was afraid I would bite my own arm off
Looks great cajun!!!!!, was starting to worry with no update and crazy winds blowing in your neck of the woods, glad you get to have a fantastic dinner.
