Left over Southern Grits, braised Cajun smoke sausage and onion with pan gravy, scrambled eggs, and topped with cheese. Little La. Hot sauce and some black pepper.....a real rib sticker comfort food!

This is a rainy morning stable at the deer camp....

Not sure where the "butt nugget" concept came from unless the meal produces those after you eat it I will however say that it's an incredible looking breakfast that I'd devour....butt nuggets or not
