I know that Deejay Debi has a site to buy spices in bulk that she recommends (nice site and has some unique stuff), I also have been using one for some years now.

www.sfherb.com

The only catch with them, is that you have to have a min. $30 order.

The also have a volume discount too, 5lbs of anything you get a discount, orders over $200 there is a discount.... that sort of thing.

Thanks for the heads -up on the supplier. I have found throughout the years that you really need at least a few different sources, I haven't found one dealer who can supply all my needs. But luckily, there are quite a few and you have just provided me with another!

I'll second the recommendation on Pensey's. Have used them for a number of yrs. Always been satisified with my purchases and all items can be had in several size packages. With a lot of spices/herbs they have product from several different countries with the flavor slightly different from each locale.

We bought on-line for a few yrs but last yr they opened a store not too far away.

No mater where you buy, fresh spices and herbs from these speciality businesses will always top the ones from grocery stores.

Wow... what a great selection. Maybe I should have posted this before I ordered to check out all these sites first. Oh well, couldn't wait. Want to make DeeJay Debi's Pastrami and needed those berries ASAP!!

I buy from whomever is cheaper from what I have to select from. Now I have more! Few years back Con Yeager was the cheapest place for junier berries! Internet competition is really bring prices down! Juniper berries are cheaper at Frisco Herbs! I use about 6 gallons a year! WooHoo! Thanks Tayna!

WHOA! Kemo Wasabi! I've been looking for that! I wanna make some Wasabi peas! I was thinking it might be a great addition to a rub too. Thanks Jim!
