THANKS AGAIN FOR ALL OF THE WELCOME NOTES. I HAVE A QUESTION. HOW LONG SHOULD A BRISKET BE SMOKED? JUST A FEW HRS. OR THE ENTIRE COOKING TIME? I HAVE A 5.5 lb BRISKET ON NOW.IT'S BEEN ON ABOUT 1 1/2 HOURS.
