I've been making these for years. Smoked briskit chopped Largest flour tortias you can find. mix Chop up one large onion fine 2 jalpanos diced dice hand full of cilantro mix all together in bowl. In a large hot frying pan put a dash of olive oil add mix and a half cup briskit just to warm salt to taste. Remove to plate in the same pan place tortia warm then flip tortia spread shreded chesse on the tortia and salsa add meat mixture on to the flat tortia, slide tortia to the plate roll borito and return to pan to brown..... OMG everyone loves these simple but good. I will get some pictures next time.... I make mine one at a time.
