Brisket all rubbed down with love.... Used some EVOO, Montreal Steak, garlic and onion powder and paprika,
Two pork butts covered in my "Sweet Love Rub"....not to sweet, just right for us.
Brisket and pork, ready for the WSM!
Several hours later, after a nice smoky hickory sauna, and sitting in foil wrapped in towels in a cooler. Look at the juice!
Brisket sliced...yum!
