Brisket and Meatloaf w/ Q-view

    Wanted both, so here they are. About a 3.5 pound Meatloaf. Meatloaf almost done. Brikset is getting there. I seasoned the brisket with some Texas BBQ Rub Brisket Blend,,,,good stuff. Meatloaf will be topped with some Head Country BBQ sauce...

    Nice looking work Cajun. Did I read you're headed up to central Iowa sometime soon? Make sure you bring some of those leftovers with ya.     Meatloaf is done. Love the smoked meatloaf...Brisket is resting in the cooler.

    Well the meatloaf looked great, but then when the brisket was finished and sliced...Wooooooo......That is one fine looking piece of goodness.

    Man that is some outstanding looking meat!!!!!![​IMG] For a job very well done, that meatloaf has my mouth drooling....
    What temp did you smoke it at and what was the int. temp. when you pulled it????

    Thanks for the points....Smoked at about 225 to 230,,,meatloaf pulled at 165, brisket smoked until 170, wrapped until 195 and put in the cooler for a rest...

    Thats some mighty fine looking smoke there steve. That meatloaf is to die for nice smoke ring and it's all I can do not to lick the screen. [​IMG]Definetly a load of good eating then you throw that brisket in too. Awesome
