Hello from Tigertown! I have been a long time griller on a weber kettle grill and recently got a brinkmann smoke and grill to start smoking on. Any feedback on whether or not I need to get a better unit or is this one decent?

Well i started with a brinkman, and did a few modification some taken from search for ECB smoker. made good chicken and country style pork ribs and a bunch of other stuff.   I now use a self made ubs or ugly barrel smoker with a control from barbecue IQ. did some chicken wings and pork shots last night for appetizers. I can get a long burn with out tending and temp control with out watching every 15 min. but there is nothing wrong with a brinkman.
