Breakfast for dinner???

Found some Canadian bacon i made last fall in the freezer (i hope that's good enough for q-talk) and had a hankering for some egg's so why not a breakfast sandwich??
Fried egg over med, cheese and C. bacon on a english muffin!!

Nothing beats breakfast for dinner. Stack of hotcakes, scrambled eggs with cheese mixed in them, and some smoked bacon hit the spot.

I ain't really from the south, but I have been here for a spell. It was a long standing tradition with some Southern families to have on occasion a Sunday supper that was pretty much breakfast food. I know a family that still makes it a point to have breakfast for at least one Sunday supper a month. Missing a meal with the family you better have a good reason, missing Sunday breakfast and you are in deep stuff! And if you ain't talked to mamma enough this week to know if it will be dinner or supper time for the red eye gravy and cat head bisquits you are gonna get a wippin'!

Looks good. As for breakfast for supper. I do it all the time, I make egg sandwiches for supper or lunch all the time.

Looks great Bubba. Gonna have to try that Canadian Bacon soon. Breakfast is good for anytime, mornin', noon, night, between meal snacks, midnight snacks, etc., etc., etc.
