Hello all!! My boyfriend and I recently obtained a smoker that was at one point in the attic of my garage....and surprise--it's NEVER been used. I know it's a Brinkmann, but that's all I know. I'll get some pictures up soon...anyways; I would love to learn everything you all have to share about the art of smokin'!!!!  From start to finish; we've got no idea...we just know how amazing it is and would love to enjoy it!

Sign up for Jeff's 5 day course for starters.  Oh and welcome to the neighborhood!  Glad to have you and your boyfriend along.  These guys are the best and love to share the knowledge they have gained.  I'd had a lot of bad food cooked up if it weren't for the things I learned here.

Then just smoke it and if you have any questions just post  them here and we will answer all your questions that you might have. Oh yea there's no stupid questions we were all there in the beginning and we just really like to help others enjoy the fabulous smoked foods that we do. So again
