Been working on these for years and want to share them with you'all.
I've smoked'em on wood, propane & electric and this recipe works on all.

Thanks for sharing. There is one big problem though. There are so many good recipes in there that I want to try, I cant decide which one goes first. :D

JohnH here's an idea, Have a recipe lottery. Enough recipes have been posted to allow a Meat dish, a side dishs and dessert. Write the Title of the recipes on slips of paper and fold the strips in half. Put the meat dishes in one bowl, the side dishes in a second bowl and the dessert recipes in a third bowl. Pull a slip from each bowl and you have your dinner menu.

I am going to try all of them, but was really just trying to compliment PG on some outstanding contrbutions.

PG - made the sauce last night and put it on the ribs in the last hour of 3-2-1. Everyone went ga-ga. :D Really good stuff - thank you

Hey Johnh, Compliment excepted! Glad you enjoyed it. Thats what it's all about in our world of BBQ, making dishes that all of our friends and family can enjoy, and can't get commercially. They just keep coming back.

Earl, you're idea is not too far from right. You just gotta play around with all the recipies until you find the ones that appeal to you, tweak them to your liking, and if you got the BBQ blood, your friends will go crazy.
