Anyone been to his place in Vegas, or any of his restaraunts? I'm going to Vegas in about a week and have heard some good stuff about his places.

Great eats there, but bring $$$$$$$ to his, and if you want to try it, Emirel's place.

Well the good thing is its a company trip, I have a seminar and show to go to, so since meals are free I might as well try some good places!

Since it's not your nickel, I'd recommend N9ne, a steakhouse/cocktail bar in the Palms. i ate there 5 yrs ago, and even though I'm from Nebraska, it is right up there in top 2 or 3 steaks i've ever had.

Here Here... N9NE is well worth the money. I try to get in there every time I go.

I have been to Grand Island, and worked for a feedyard in Kansas for 4 years. I can vouch for the corn fed steaks served in that area. Mmmmmm!
