Bob, a handsome dude, walks into a bar and sits down next to a blonde. The 10 p.m. news comes on, and the lead story is about a man on the ledge of a large building, preparing to jump.
The blonde looks at Bob and says, "Do you think he'll jump?"
"You know, I'll bet he'll jump," Bob responds.
"Well, I bet he won't," the blonde replies.
Bob places a $20 bill on the bar and says, "You're on."
Just as the blonde is placing her money on the bar, the guy on the ledge leaps from the building, falling to his death.
The blonde is very upset, but willingly hands her $20 to Bob saying, "Fair's fair. Here's your money."
"I can't take your money," Bob says, "I saw this earlier on the 6 p.m. news, so I knew he would jump."
"I did too," the blonde says, "but I didn't think he'd do it again."
Bob took the money.
