My 40th Bday is Friday (the 13th!) and Im going to cook a Butt (6-7 pounds I hope). I read the stickey that Meowey wrote on "Basic Pulled Pork". This time I will hede his advise! Last time I didnt give it time and did not put it in a cooler for an hour once it reached 195 degrees (If I remember correctly). Can't wait to see what happens. Also making a bunch of ABTs. My question to you all is "Rubs" what is your favorite?
