Sorry, no q-view but... I did my first wings on Sunday. I dusted them with Jeff's naked rib rub Saturday night, threw then in the big block at 275 for about 2 hours with hickory and oak and then drizzled them with Jeff's Goodness Gracious Sakes Alive Barbecue Sauce. There were nothing short of FANTASTIC! If you don't have both of these recipes, you should definately get them!
