Been two years since I made one. I thought I’d see if I still could figure out how to make a breakfast fatty

Real simple breakfast Fatty, Jimmy Dean hot sausage, bacon weave, eggs, green chilies, cheese on the smoker for I really don’t know how long it was on at 275 I hit 163 then pulled it sprinkled it with a little bit of brown sugar and a little bit of honey, and put it in the broiler for About 7- 10 minutes to crisp up the bacon. Wife even liked this one.
