I have a 3# prime sirloin roast for today and would like help with cooking method. Smoke, rotisserie, or just grill it. It is very lean with no visible fat. Thanks in advance.
Well...what do YOU wanna do with it? Roast on the rotiss is always a good thing. Grilling roast is a risky proposition. Well, maybe it's just me, but I have never had much success with a straight-out grill and a roast. Especially a lean one.
