I haven't made chili in a while, not since I starteds smoking. I decided to make chili and use some smoked meat in it. I used hamburger (not smoked), diced brisket, and pulled pork.

Just got it started stewing.
 
Looks like the start of something good, Keep us posted.
 
had it in the crock pot on low most of the day. It was some of the best chili I've ever had. The bites that had diced brisket in it were the best.

Heat was just right, a nice warm after-taste heat, but not running for the milk.
