Did my first batch of ribs for the year on Saturday. They turned out fantastic.

Hope I can get some more smokes in this year. Been a real dearth of barbequing on my part this year due to circumstances beyond my control. Hoping to get some picnic hams done in the near future.

Thanks for viewing. :emoji_yum: :emoji_blush:

They look good

Thanks everyone. They did turn out really well. I used Blues Hog rub and one of the BBQ sauces I got in my Xmas exchange box. I tossed out the bottle and I forgot the brand but it was really good. :emoji_confounded: :emoji_yum: Much better than what is usually available here in Wisconsin. If I figure out the variety, I will update my post to include it. Meat was perfectly done and tender. A very nice effort if I do say so myself. :emoji_yum::emoji_yum::emoji_laughing: Wife thought they were some of my best as well.

Those look good JC. I've seen your threads in the past comparing different rubs on ribs. That's my kind of eating! I agree, that Blues hog brand is pretty good stuff. Another great batch of ribs.
