BBQ Cajun Jerky

    Alright, 5lbs of Round Steak on sale at Meijer. Seasoned with HiMountain Cajun blend. Then I make up a batch of BBQ saunce, Molasis and dark brown sugar, mix it all in and keep the meat in this for two days... I flip it in the fridge every couple hours... Smoke for about 2 hours around 230.. Comes out real nice.. Afraid to go longer because I don't want to burn up the sugar and sauce...
