Unfortunately a friend has my camera so no q-view but the ribs are in. The new Smoker my fiance got me is holding 234 with a mix of hickory and apple- about 1 hour until foiling. Doing 2-2-1. I also have a pan of beans ready to go and a nice cucumber-red onion salad. Havent decided if Im making a sauce yet to go with the ribs, we have a few store bottles in the fridge that should get used if anyone wants it. If I get the camera back ill add some pics of the finished product.
