Bassman SD#1 Cheddar/Jap Grilled Chopped Spare and Cheese

I know, I know! I'm riding these left over spares till they squeal!

Wife left me for the week, so cooking what the hell I want !

Made more of Bassman #1 Sourdough with cheddar and Japs this weekend.

Damn boys and girls, it is the SHAT!

Made a grilled sammie tonight using the bread and the last end of my chopped spare ribs. It looked so good, I had to add a plain cheese toaster. I'm hoping that and the Bud Light cover me on the food groups!

Oh that looks great, I got a starter that's a year old bugging me to warm it up in the back of the fridge. I know that's a sin.
