Whoever said this tip is great. I did it, and my temps have been so much easier to maintain. I love it!

I am having problems getting my temps even from side to side on my Bar-B-Chef and suggestions or tips would be appreciated. I am running a 70 degree temp difference from side to side.
  5. Hey Seth,
I have the same set up. How many bricks did you use for the grate?
Do you end up using less charcoal with the grate raised?
