Does anyone have a recipe for baked potato salad? There is a meat shop in town that sells it. They don't make it, but they repackage it. I know it has baked potatoes sliced with the skins on, mayo, sour cream, dried green onions, bacon bits, and some spices. It is the best potato salad around. I'm going to exp to see if I can duplicate it, but thought if anyone had the recipe, it would save some inches on my waistline!
