Bacon Wrapped Stuffed Pork Loin

  1. Getting ready for prepping (prepped last night).

    Marinated in KC Masterpiece Spicy Mango marinade and in the fridge for the night.

    Ready for the smoker.

    Will post more pictures later.

    Now that looks awesome and what did you stff it with??? I'l check back in for the fiishing Qview.
  6. I stuffed it with italian sausage that I precooked, onions, bell pepper and mushrooms.

    I just took it off and it is resting. Will cut and post pictures.
  7. Here is one picture of the end result. Very disappointed with the flavor as I thought the marinade would penetrate the meat. There was absolutely no mango flavor. The loin had a really good aroma but that was about it. Not even a smoke ring. Oh well. Back to the drawing board. I sliced the loin and put in a pot with the remaining marinade that was in the bottle. Chalk it up to experience. I'll never buy that product again.

  9. I ate it. That was the best part. Too bad the rest didn't turn out as well. I'm just really disappointed with the flavor. Thought by marinating over night it would help.
