Bacon wrapped Ginger Scallops

  1. Here is an easy smoke for something different. I made this a couple of times with great reviews. Wrap large sea scollops with a slice of bacon.
    Grate some fresh ginger root and mix with melted butter and drizzle on top of the scallops. smoke for 2 hrs and enjoy. Some black pepper goes well with it too.

  2. Heck Skip, wrap scallops with anything, drizzle butter on top and it would be good!
    My version of surf & turf (Scallops and Delmonico) Slurp, slap, slip, slop, sloopy! :shock:
