Back ribs do you spray all the time y/n

I'm gonna use the 321 method for the first 3 hours or so. do i spray the ribs with my apple juice water mix every 45 minutes. then wrap in tin foil for 2 more hours or so, then take them out of the wrap and put them back on and spray ever half hour for the last hour or so. Or do i just leave the door shut and not spray them for the first 3 hours and then spray them put in tin foil for 2 hours. then un wrap and spray place back on grill for last hour and then done.
Spray every 1/2 hour or so on the ribs,after 3 hrs foil with 4 to 6 oz of apple juice for another 2 hours ,then baste with your sauce for the last 1/2 hr or so , my .02 worth !!
I spray mine with the apple juice about every 45 minutes during the first segment. When you wrap them you pour a bit of apple juice in with the ribs, wrap them up and put them back on for the full 2 hr. The juice will steam them. The last hour is to dry them a bit. I brush a lite coat of whatever sauce I'm using at about 30 minutes and that gives them some moisture and a bit of a final glaze before they finish.
I would consider maybe 2-2-1 for baby back ribs. The 3-2-1 I think is better for spares, the thinner back ribs might not need that much time. I did a rack 2-2-1 and I think I could have probably shortened it a little more.

I don't spritz because I like the rub to sit for a few hours before it gets a bath. I only spritz it when I put it in the foil, probably about 1/2 cup of apple juice or whatever liquid mix you prefer. When I take it out of the foil they were probably close to done but I gave them that extra hour to absorb the bbq sauce i painted them with and to tighten them up a little, probably could have gotten away with 30-45 mins at that point.
