Today's smoke was a rack and a half of babybacks and a fatty. All turned out great and there is Q-view to show them off.
A rather unique smoke for me. First time I actually had to turn the gas up. First smoke that started with outdoor temps under 80 degrees and then ended with outdoor temps under 90 degrees. Throw in 15 to 20 mile wind gusts and it was a real interesting event.
Enjoy the pics.

Nice job Jim, all looks mighty tasty.

Straight up pork sausage wrapped in thick bacon. In fact it was some off brand I found for a 1.67 and the spices in in were fantastic. Possibly the best tasting fatty I have done.
