assistance with site please

Where do I go to update my profile and find avatars to addin?, I haven't been successful in finding the right spot on the forum

if you look up on your monitor... you will see "User CP" or just click on the links i put there..they should work and take you right to your profile

click on that

once that opens, you will see on the left hand side
