i had this recipe givein to me 10 or so yrs ago, and feel that this is a good place to share it so here it goes.

Venison Jalapino Poppers
10-15 med. size fresh jalp peppers (maybe enough for self)
phili cream cheese (softend)
bacon (same # of slices as peppers)
and venison (i prefer back strap but it deer o its all good)

slice peppers in halves length wise and deseed (keep for later use if desired)
slice bacon in halves as well
if good w/ filet knife slice venison 1/8" - 1/4" thick by 2" w and same length as bacon halves
*if desired for heat mix pepper seed w/ creamcheese
fill peppers w/ cream cheese level to sides of peppers
lay out bacon slices first, venison on top of that, then take pepper and roll up in meat and stick tooth pick (unused of course lol) though opper to hold meat in place
place on grill @about 200 deg or so (not sure of temp just i know when its right) for approx 15-20 min
remove and devour

hope you like it my fiance dooesn't like deer but she enjoyed these little guys.
again this is enough for 1 or 2 people if done right but i have faith and youll see.
