apology for not posting lately

I apologise for not sending in my Q-VIEW of my latest cooks, however I have had some bad luck and ended up in the Hospital for a little visit. Getting older isn't so much fun and things tend to go awry at the drop of a hat. Tha's just what happened too!
I was cleaning my smoker and cutting area when these stones decided to show-up(bummer)but with good meds and a Doctor friend my Que-petite was satiated(he sneaked in some pulled Pork sammies. )
All in all I am still going to have my Que Party on the 20th of this month and for those of you around the Sandusky County area that care to meet an old fat Texan are welcome to come over. I'll be doing Ribs andButt on Thursday and about 12noon Friday start my briskets and snacks. Party starts at 4pm on Saturday.

I belive there will be about 30-40 guest from the wifes work and several Chefs I worked with attending.
I haven't tried to Q-view yet but the Nephew is helping me there,so AGAIN, it's coming.

At any rate if you can and close enough,stop by;withthe price of meat there will possibly only be nice samples,but the comradery will be worthwhile. E-mail me to [email protected] . Hope to see you and begin some new friendships.Isn't that what it's all about?
