Currently bidding on-line for an old Horbart 3 door refrigerator, to convert into a smoker. There is one other guy bidding but since he is bidding on a bunch of other stuff I am hoping he gives up on this one.... Been looking a long time for something like this. Auction is over Wed night.

I got my single door 7 foot commercial refrigerator free from a local shop that retails and works on them for restaurants. It was still in working order but was not reliable for the restaurant so instead of fixing it, they purchased new. The shop I got it from would have had to haul it to the dump and pay for it to be scraped, so for me picking it up was less cost and work for them. It may be worth making a few phone calls to a local restaurant supply companies.
