Had to do it again. 7.35lb PR. Coated with EVOO then Salt, Pepper, Garlic, Onion Powder, and Rosemary.

In the smoker for 6.5 hours at 225-240.


I only got 1 picture and its from the cell phone. I pulled it at 133 and let it rest for 45 minutes.

That looks fantastic, Mudd!  I assume it did not last long....:drool

It did go fast. I did have 1 person as for it to be cooked more because it was too red. She is loosing her mind but we hit it on the grill for a few minutes for her. Ruined a good piece of meat but oh well she had to eat it not me.

Thanks everyone. We also had twice baked mashed taters, greenbean casserol, grilled shrimp, and rolls. So it was a good meal.
