Greetings everyone, and thanks for developing and participating in what looks like an amazing forum.  I'm looking forward to learning from you all, and eventually contributing.

I live in Canton, GA - 40 miles north of Atlanta.  I've spent the last several years mastering my grilling techniques, and it's time to expand the skill set with smoking.  To get started, I've purchased a MasterBuilt 2 Door Smoker.  I figure I can get the basics down with this over the next couple years and if the method suits me, I'll move up from there.  

Thanks in advance for everything I'll learn here.

Glad you joined the group. The search bar at the top of any page is your best friend.
About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
because their are so many different ways to make great Q...
