Another New Smoker from Minnesota

Discussion in 'Roll Call' started by gordo, Apr 10, 2008.

  1. Looks like introducing oneself is the thing to do around here, so here I am.

From New Prague, MN. Have a Brinkman Gourmet smoker that a friend gave me this winter.

So far, I have done a batch of 3-2-1 ribs & a couple fatties that turned out pretty good, and a couple of Pork Butts that were OK, but I only got them up to about 180, so they didn't pull to easily.

Welcome to the forum. Glad you found us. Time is only an estimate. For pulled pork I believe you need to take up to 200 deg.
