I used 2lb. JD Italian sausage,I spread tomato paste over sausage.I then added mozzarella cheese,onions and black olives. Put rub on it. About half way through smoke. Finished with smoke,took it out at 160 degrees,now letting it cool. It's cooled off,now getting ready to eat it before wife gets home. I had a small blow out,but it's still tasty!
