Hi all,

I'm new to smoking and stumbled across this great site trying to learn how to do it. I just got a Camp Chef Smoke Vault 24 as a 20 year anniversary gift from my work and now I just got to figure out what to do with it and how. I'm a pretty good cook so the basics I already know....just need to start digging through the forums and get to smoking!

I'm also a proud new Smoke Vault owner, well new a little over three weeks and three smokes ago.  I think you'll enjoy your smoker, I found it very easy to use with great results so far.  This forum rocks, you can learn so much to keep you on a good track so you're not wasting fuel and food.  The folks here have been very helpful and very friendly, willing to share experiences to help you along, you just need to ask.  Enjoy your new toy, I'm sure you'll have fun, it's very addicting.  And welcome to the forum!
