New to smoking and just picked up my new toy. An Oklahoma Joe Longhorn.

Made some good mods to the smoker all thanks to this awesome forum. Seems like a good group of experienced folks that take their BBQ serious! Just what I need to learn the ropes. Thanks in advance for all the great advice and knowledge sharing.
